12:15 PM – Awards Luncheon, Museum, Coker Tire Headquarters

1:30 PM – All done—Travel home safely

I.G Rookie Class: To be eligible for Rookie Class, no vehicle occupant on any stage may have been a contestant in a previous GREAT RACE event, other than a one-day race. All other teams are Veterans.

I.H.5 A Cumulative (Championship) Score for the Event is determined for each team in the following manner, based on all Stages:
a. Veteran Teams: each team’s worst 2 legs on the first 2 Stages are discarded. (Veteran teams’ cumulative standings during the event will show one leg discarded after Stage 1 and another after Stage 2.)
b. Rookie Class Teams: each team’s worst 3 legs on the first 2 Stages are discarded. (Rookie Class teams’ cumulative standings during the event will show one leg discarded after Stage 1, another after Stage 2, and a third after Stage 3.)

I.I Prizes and Awards
2. Prizes will be distributed as follows:

CASH (for those teams who have elected to run for cash)

Championship Prize Fund
First place finisher – 50%
Second place finisher – 25%
Third place finisher – 15%
Fourth place finisher – 10%

Rookie Prize Fund
First place finisher – 100%

TROPHIES
First through fourth place finishers, Championship
First and second place finishers, Rookie Class

DECALS: Ace Decals–two per team for each zero leg scored

II.F.4 Vehicles of Model Years 1951 and newer must run with their headlamps on for identification.

V.C.1.c Time Zones: Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) is used for timing and scoring throughout the Event.
